CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, I, the subject of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the "User," while using the website https://oootaezhnik.ru (hereinafter — the Site, Service), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, express my full, unconditional, and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter — the Consent) under the following conditions:
1. Consent is granted to LLC "TAEZHNIK", TIN 1400058462 (hereinafter — the Operator).
2. Consent is granted for the processing of the following categories of personal data:
- data specified in special forms located on the Site by filling in the relevant text fields, namely: last name, first name, patronymic, email address, phone number, and other similar provided information on the basis of which identification of the personal data subject is possible;
- data that is automatically transmitted during the process of viewing and visiting Site pages (cookies), namely: date and time of access, address of the page visited, entry source, referrer (address of the previous page), behavioral information (including the number and names of pages viewed), other technical data (data about technical means (including mobile devices) and methods of technological interaction with the Site and its services (including the User's operating system type, browser type, geographic location, provider data), User activity when using the Site, information about errors issued to the User, downloaded files, tools, as well as other data obtained by the methods established by this consent;
- IP address and IP address statistics.
3. Consent is granted for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:
- providing access to the Site, its content, and service functionality for Site administration;
- identification during registration on the Site and/or when using the Site;
- providing services available on the Site, processing requests and inquiries;
- establishing feedback, including sending notifications and requests;
- confirming the completeness of the provided personal data;
collection of statistics by the Operator;
- improving the quality of the Site and its services, enhancing usability, and developing new services;
- providing effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site.
4. Consent is granted for the processing of personal data by mixed (automated and non-automated) methods in compliance with measures ensuring their protection against unauthorized access.
In the process of processing personal data, the Operator is entitled to perform: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of the User's personal data.
5. The User confirms that they:
- I have read the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Policy;
- I am aware and agree that the Operator may transfer the User's personal data to third parties in the amount necessary for the User to gain access to the Site, its content, and its services, in cases where the provision of such data is mandatory in accordance with federal law;
- informed of the possibility of withdrawing consent based on the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," by personal application or by sending a written request in free form by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the Operator's address or to the following email address: ooo.taezhnik@yandex.ru;
- consents to receiving promotional and informational materials and has been informed by the Operator of the possibility and procedure for opting out of such materials.
6. This Consent is valid for 2 (two) years from the date of its provision to the Operator and may be withdrawn at any time by submitting an application to the Operator in the manner specified in clause 5.3 of this Consent.
7. The date and time of formation, confirmation, and provision of Consent shall be considered the moment of marking the corresponding field and clicking the corresponding "Send" button in the Personal Data Collection Form and/or clicking the "OK" button in the cookie collection banner on any page of the Site.
